Weight Loss Wonder Soup

Ingredients: – 6 cups low-sodium vegetable broth – 1 onion, diced – 2 cloves garlic, minced – 2 carrots, sliced – 2 celery stalks, sliced

– 1 bell pepper, diced – 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoe – 1 cup green beans, trimmed and cut into bite-sized piece – 1 cup cabbage, shredded – 1 teaspoon dried oregano – 1 teaspoon dried basil

– 1/2 teaspoon paprika – Salt and pepper to taste – Optional: Dash of hot sauce or cayenne pepper for added heat

Saute Vegetables: In a large pot, sauté diced onion and minced garlic in a splash of vegetable broth until softened.

Add Remaining Ingredients: Add sliced carrots, celery, diced bell pepper, diced tomatoes (with juices), green beans, shredded cabbage, dried oregano, dried basil, paprika, salt, pepper, and any optional spices to the pot.

Simmer: Pour in the remaining vegetable broth and bring the soup to a simmer. Cover and cook for 20-25 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.

Adjust Seasonings: Taste the soup and adjust seasonings as needed. Add more salt, pepper, or spices to suit your preferences.

Serve: Ladle the Weight Loss Wonder Soup into bowls and serve hot. Enjoy it as a satisfying meal on its own or as a nutritious starter before your main course.

Store: Allow any leftovers to cool completely before transferring them to an airtight container. Store in the refrigerator for up to 4-5 days or freeze for longer-term storage.
