Ultimate Twice-Baked Potatoes

Ingredients 4 large baking potatoes 8 slices bacon 1 cup sour cream ½ cup milk

4 tablespoons butter ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon pepper 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided 8 green onions, sliced, divided

Directions When the oven reaches 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), gather the ingredients.

Depending on the size of your potatoes, bake them in a preheated oven for around an hour or until they are soft. Potatoes should be left aside until they are safely cool.

In the meantime, load a big, deep skillet with bacon. Simmer on medium-high heat until thoroughly browned. Shake well, crumble, and reserve.

Cut potatoes lengthwise in half, then remove the flesh into a large bowl, keeping the skins aside.

To the potato, add the sour cream, milk, butter, salt, pepper, 1/2 cup cheese, and half of the green onions. Using a hand mixer, beat everything together until it's creamy and thoroughly combined.

Fill each potato skin with the mixture, then top with the remaining cheese, bacon, and green onions.

Put the potatoes back in the oven that has been warmed and bake for another 15 minutes or more, or until the cheese has melted. Warm up to serve!
