Slow Cooker Beef Stew

Ingredients 2 pounds beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch pieces ¼ cup all-purpose flour ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

1 ½ cups beef broth 4 medium carrots, sliced 3 medium potatoes, diced 1 medium onion, chopped 1 stalk celery, chopped

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon ground paprika 1 clove garlic, minced 1 large bay leaf

Directions Compile the ingredients. Put the meat in the slow cooker.

In a small bowl, stir together flour, salt, and pepper. After pouring over the meat, swirl it to coat it.

Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, paprika, garlic, bay leaf, carrots, potatoes, onion, and celery.

Cook the beef, covered, on Low for 8 to 12 hours or on High for 4 to 6 hours, or until it is soft enough to cut with a spoon.
