½ teaspoon salt, or to taste ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper, or to taste 2 tablespoons cold unsalted butter 2 ¾ pounds skin-on, bone-in split turkey breast
Directions Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175 degrees C).
On a cutting board, place rosemary, chives, garlic, salt, and pepper. Add thin butter slices to herbs and seasonings and mash well.
Pat turkey breast dry and massage both sides and beneath the skin with herbed butter.
Carefully flip turkey skin-side up and fry until an instant-read thermometer placed near the bone reads 165 degrees F (74 degrees C), about 18 minutes more. On a dish, tent with aluminum foil and rest for 10 minutes. Warmly slice and serve.
