⅓ cup low-sodium marinara sauce ⅓ cup shredded cooked chicken breast 6 ounces prepared pizza dough ⅓ cup shredded mozzarella cheese cooking spray
Directions Cook oil in a nonstick skillet on medium-high. Add onion and toss periodically until soft, 2 minutes. Add spinach and cover for 1 1/2 minutes to wilt. Remove from heat; add chicken and marinara.
Divide dough into 4 equal pieces. On a lightly floured board, roll each piece into a 6-inch circle.
Cover the bottom half of each dough circle with 1/4 spinach mixture. Top each with 1/4 mozzarella. Make half-moons by folding dough over filling and crimping edges. Cover with cooking spray.
Transfer calzone to air fryer basket. Cook 8 minutes. Flip calzone and cook for 4 more minutes until golden brown.
