  • Thank you for providing this list, I won’t feel guilty about the moderated content of fruit that I had been eating.
I’ll feel good about it now.

    • If your husband is almost diabetic the last thing he needs to eat is fruit/ carbs. If he’s serious about his health have him eat beef, butter, bacon and eggs. Nothing else and watch his blood sugars drop probably to normal in a month or two. Look up Dr. Ken Berry on YouTube. My blood sugars were in the 800’s. I have reversed my diabetes. Took me 8 months because I was so bad off.

  • Because I don’t normally eat fruits and veggies as I know I’m supposed to….I juice a lot ….Is juicing healthy for me as well….I figured at least I am getting some daily nutrition needed….just curious

    • I just recently learned that making smoothies does the direct opposite of eating them whole as you lose the natural break down of the fruits in your stomach.

  • Bannana I herd is a definite no for type 2 diabetes especially when insulin resistant, throw in would u please the big word missing here in your advertisement “MODERATION”
All thease mentioned needs Moderation is the key .

  • I agree that some of this information is suspect and not safe for diabetics. Cherries, for instance, are extremely high in sugar. Plus, diabetics need to limit fruit intake all of the time. Doctors seem to fail to mention to people that fructose is just as harmful to the liver as alcohol or other similar substances. The liver cannot discriminate and this alone can extremely dangerous to people dealing with diseases like diabetes or substance abuse.

  • Fruit= fructose=diabetes. Quit pushing lies. Why are you trying to make diabetics get worse and have to take more insulin. Wish you guys could get sued when your lies cause their death or limbs having to be chopped off.
