2022 Trunk or Treat Event is BACK !!


Event: Raymond Trunk or Treat

Event Date: Saturday, October 29, 2022
              Event Time: 5:00 – 7:30 p.m.

Location: Raymond Shopping Center

Sponsor: New England Coach, 17 Freetown Road, Raymond NH

Event Purpose: To provide a festive, safe and wholesome community-wide
event that will be light-hearted and fun for children of all ages.

New England Coach BY MONDAY OCTOBER 24 !!!!!

Here is how it works:

Operating Guidelines:

1. All vehicles must arrive by 400: p.m. on Saturday, October 29 to setup.
2. Vehicle engines must be off.
3.!!! All vehicles must be decorated in a fun and light-hearted theme !!!
4.!!! No violent content, simulated blood or gore. No horror, dark or evil themes.!!!
5. No music. Music will be provided on-site.
6.!!! No dangerous acitvities.!!!
7. No Alcoholic or Tobacco products.
8. All vehicles must be stocked with sufficient amount of treats to distribute at the sole expense of the applicant. We estimate 750 children will attend.

Vehicle Participants:(All non-vendor participants must host a vehicle):
1. Clothing will not be sexually explicit or suggestive.
2. No horror, simulated blood or gore.
3. Costumes should be light-hearted, fun and creative.
4. Behavior, language and attitudes should be appropriate to the event purpose,
which is to provide a festive, safe and wholesome event for children.

* Suggested Themes: Sports, Disney (lighthearted), family-friendly, super heroes.

* Themes to avoid: Haunted house, ghost, witches, items of sorcery, blood, gore and sexually explicit.

1. Individually wrapped treats of first quality and safe for children to consume.
2. Snacks should be evenly distributed to all children.

1. Any literature intended for distribution is subject to approval by the Sponsor.

1. Only animals incorporated within a vehicle theme will be allowed onsite.
2. Please leave your pets home, no dogs on leashes.


• Sponsor may deny Applicant’s participation at the event without advance notice and Applicant agrees to immediately vacate the festivities without incident.

• Sponsor will not be responsible for any damages incurred by Applicant at this event.
