Event: Raymond Trunk or Treat

Event Date: Friday, October 31, 2014

Event Time: 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.

Location: Raymond Shopping Center

Sponsor: New Life Church, 84 Nottingham Road, Raymond NH


Event Purpose: To provide a festive, safe and wholesome community-wide
event that will be light-hearted and fun for children of all ages.

Fill out a Participant Application and submit it to New Life Church.

Here is how it works:


Vehicles:
1. All vehicles must arrive by 5:30 p.m. on Friday, October 31st.
2. Vehicle engines must be off.
3. All participating vehicles must be decorated in a fun and light-hearted theme.
4. No violent content, simulated blood or gore.
5. No music. Music will be provided on-site.
6. No horror, dark or evil theme.
7. No dangerous activities.
8. All vehicles must be stocked with sufficient amount of treats to distribute at the
sole expense of the applicant. We estimate 200 children will attend.
9. No Alcoholic beverages or tobacco products.


Vehicle Participants:
1. Clothing will not be sexually explicit or suggestive.
2. No horror, simulated blood or gore.
3. Costumes should be light-hearted, fun and creative.
4. Behavior, language and attitudes should be appropriate to the event purpose,
which is to provide a festive, safe and wholesome event for children.


Candy:
1. Individually wrapped treats of first quality and safe for children to consume.
2. Snacks should be evenly distributed to all children.


Literature:
1. Any literature intended for distribution is subject to approval by the Sponsor.
• Sponsor may deny Applicant’s participation at the event without advance notice
and Applicant agrees to immediately vacate the festivities without incident.
• Sponsor will not be responsible for any damages incurred by Applicant at this
event.
