Raymond’s Festival Of Trees - 2018

The 4th Annual Festival of Trees will be held at the New Life Church,
at 84 Nottingham Road, on Thursday, December 6th thru Sunday, December 9th, 2018.




Raymond's Collaborative Business Connection Group, together with New Life Church, are hosting the 4th annual Festival of Trees. Trees are sponsored by local area businesses and organizations and decorated in original themes of their choice and often include surprises in and under the trees.

Raffle tickets are sold on premise and you can take a chance of winning the tree and everything on and under it!

We work with the school, local churches and organizations to provide Santa with gifts for Raymond area families in need.

Our first year we raised $3200, the second year we raised $3700 and last year we raised $4500 and were able to provide gifts for over 75 children. This year we have a bigger goal to help even MORE families.

Trees will be on display
Thursday, Dec. 6 and Friday Dec. 7 from 3 pm to 8 pm
Saturday Dec. 8 from 9 am to 8 pm and
Sunday Dec. 9 from 9 am to 1 pm.




Raffle tickets (pink) are 48 for $20 OR 24 for $10.

Money/Lottery Tree tickets (light gray) are 3 for $5 or 7 for $10.

Winners will be called individually and also posted on our Facebook


Last year we had 26 trees being raffled off.Trees have been donated and setup by: SLIM Insurance, Excel Physical Therapy, Proforma, Dec-Tech Flooring, Envoy Mortgage, Ray-Fre Senior Center, Hampshire Dental, Little Woods, New Life Church, Better Homes and Gardens Massiello Group of Exeter, Lions Club, IHGMS 5th Grade Team, Scentsy Candles, Ladies Auxiliary of the American Legion, Hi Volt, Raymond Girl Scout Troop 10427, Cornerstone Physical Therapy, Boy Scout Troop 101, A. L. Deltufo Assoc./Radio Grove Hardware & Feed, Pudding Stones, Cork N Keg, Peoples United Bank, JAMBS Jewelery, Tuckaway Tavern, and IC Reed.

The Money/Lottery Tree had over $700 CASH and lottery scratch tickets.

Additional sponsors included: Raymond Area News, Sweatshirts Etc, Brent Norris, Dustin Ramey, Judy Williams, Greg Bemis, Ace Ben Franklin, DelTufo/Radio Grove, Raymond Area Rotary and Pizza By George.

Become an important part of Raymond’s Annual Festival of Trees by choosing to donate a tree! You will join other creative participants, who have elected to showcase their design skill, exercise their imagination, and just have fun!

Your beautiful tree will be displayed for 4 days at New Life Church, Route 156, Raymond and viewed by hundreds of people, and one lucky winner will get to take your creation home and talk about it for years to come!

There is no fee be involved. Your cost will be in supplying your tree, stand, decoration & gifts or gift cards attached or under the tree. All money collected from the raffle sales will be spent on gifts for children in need in Raymond.

Whether you’re advertising your business, promoting your organization, showcasing your children’s creations or decorating a tree (real or artificial) for yourself or your family, you'll be proud to be an important part of this exciting annual event. Best of all, your tree donation contributes to the mission of the Festival of Trees. We are optimistic that your participation in this community event will raise enough money to give many of Raymond’s children in need a wonderful Christmas!

  1. All Trees, wreaths, decorations & gifts are considered donations to the Raymond Festival of Trees and will be raffled in it’s entirety.
  2. All items placed on or under the tree are part of the raffle.
  3. Trees should have a tree skirt, topper and lights.
  4. The total height cannot exceed 10 feet.
  5. Any  edible  items must be wrapped  or boxed.
  6. Loose glitter, confetti and artificial snow cannot be used.
  7. Spraying or hot gluing on-site  is not  permitted.
  8. Your Tree must be decorated and ready for viewing by 2 PM on Thursday December 6.

Tuesday from 4 pm to 8 pm and Wednesday from 4 pm to 8pm


Public Viewing and ticket purchase:

Trees will be on display
Thursday, Dec. 6 and Friday Dec. 7 from 3 pm to 8 pm
Saturday Dec. 8 from 9 am to 8 pm
and Sunday Dec. 9 from 9 am to 1 pm.


Winning tickets will be pulled after noon on Sunday Dec 9 .

Winners will be contacted by phone to come and MUST pickup their trees on Sunday afternoon .
