2021 RVIP Group Seeks Donations for the Guide
Submitted by Kathy Pouliot   1-22-21

We hope you have had a great start to 2021. The last couple months have been a flurry of work for our group of volunteers as we have been preparing the 2021 Voter Guide. We are in the home stretch! We are in our final phase of refining write-ups and making any amendments after deliberative sessions, as well as securing the funding we need for our finished product.

A week from tomorrow is our School Deliberative Session, January 30th, starting at 10 am at the Raymond High School cafeteria. Please visit the Raymond School District website for all the information you'll need about the School District Deliberative Session, as well as upcoming Warrant Article Information Forums.

The following Saturday is the Town Deliberative Session, February 6th, starting at 10 am at the Raymond High School cafeteria. Visit the Town of Raymond website for all the details about Deliberative sessions, as well as all of the draft warrant articles.

We will have the Voter Guide write-ups on the VIP website the week prior to each deliberative session. Stay tuned!

Once Town Deliberative Session is done, we have just a few days to make our edits and get the Voter Guide to the publisher.  Once the Guides have been printed we will get them mailed out within a couple weeks of Voting Day, March 10th.  Approximately 4,700 guides are mailed out to Raymond residents (who have a P.O. Box or a street address). We also bring extra copies to the Dudley Tucker Library .
